      Do you pray? Do you meditate?
      For me, I have nightly ritual I go through in which I release any connections that I may have gathered throughout the day, and I call back any of my energy that I expended for the day, and return it to my body so that I may have it available to use the next day. I find that these rituals help me wind-down and get ready for bed. The whole process takes me about 2 minutes, but I have noticed a marked difference in how I feel the next morning.
      So what are your daily practices? I’d love to hear the what’s a why’s of your daily routines.

      I always try to make it a point to just sit and be for at least 10 minutes everyday. No phone, not TV, etc. Just some simple quiet time. Sometimes I’ll smudge or grab a crystal. I don’t really have a set “thing” I do. I just roll with how I feel and what I’m called to do. Most of the time I sit with my cat Triggers. His pur is very soothing and he seems to always know when it’s quiet time. I have found I really need that time to decompress.

      Weekly I do a sacred smoke increase ritual and prayers. I have a special incense blend I made for this particular ritual. It’s similar to the native american pipe ceremony. But without the pipe since I’m not a pipe carrier.

        Thank you for sharing Tracey.
        I know I have these daily habit/rituals, but I always find it interesting to discover that I’m not alone in the process and that other people have a similar vibe.
