I always try to make it a point to just sit and be for at least 10 minutes everyday. No phone, not TV, etc. Just some simple quiet time. Sometimes I’ll smudge or grab a crystal. I don’t really have a set “thing” I do. I just roll with how I feel and what I’m called to do. Most of the time I sit with my cat Triggers. His pur is very soothing and he seems to always know when it’s quiet time. I have found I really need that time to decompress.
Weekly I do a sacred smoke increase ritual and prayers. I have a special incense blend I made for this particular ritual. It’s similar to the native american pipe ceremony. But without the pipe since I’m not a pipe carrier.
